👋 Who we are:
We’re a bootstrapped, profitable fitness app with €2M+ ARR and 4.9/5 rating based on 5,000+ reviews. Our app has strong retention and a solid product-market fit.
We’ve validated strong product-market fit in the Nordics with profitable growth. Now we’re entering our next phase: turning a proven €2M ARR product into a global category contender in the fitness subscription space.
That’s why we’re hiring a Growth Lead to own growth end-to-end, from acquisition to activation and conversion.
This is a hands-on role with the full ownership of the B2C revenue stream and international scale.
💼 What you’ll do:
- Scale paid user acquisition (primarily, Meta Ads). Globally.
- Have the ownership of the entire conversion funnel and optimize it to ensure that the scaling is profitable and doesn’t just eat the company’s runway. You’ll directly influence product experience and conversion decisions and tweak whatever is needed without hurting the user experience.
- Improve unit economics of the subscription business (e.g., LTV, CAC, blended CAC, payback period, ARPU).
- Test and scale organic growth channels and loops.
- Define, design, and run experiments covering everything from creative to paywall testing.
- Set up and scale the creative production process, to cover the needs for the global expansion.
- You’ll do both: strategy and execution. You’ll define the growth and expansion strategy and then execute it across paid user acquisition, ASO, CRM, monetization, and growth design areas.
📈 You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Have a proven track record in scaling mobile apps towards €10 million ARR, with the ownership across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Have personally scaled subscription apps profitably through paid acquisition. We found a product-channel fit on Meta but you can add other advertising channels like TikTok, Apple Ads, Google Ads, etc. to the mix.
- Have a deep understanding of the subscription app economics and the most important levers that you can pull, to optimize the LTV, CAC, and the payback period.
- Have a strong product growth and UX instinct, to ensure that the product experience builds trust and training habits.
- Are fluent with data. You regularly dive deep into the performance of the paid campaigns, of the conversion funnel, and lifecycle flows. By looking at the data, you know what to keep, scale, or kill.
- Understand the psychological and behavioral drivers behind fitness training, users’ goals and habits.
